Hina Gami
Hina Gami is an experienced Wills & Trust Consultant at Carter Bond Wills.
She is a member of the Society of Will Writers and has several years of experience in dealing with a wide range of private client matters including estate planning services, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Business Wills.
Hina represents numerous high net worth individuals and their families and has been instructed in matters such as:
Constructing and drafting of complex Wills, ensuring they are in accordance with the STEP Will writing code of conduct;
Drafting and advising on Lasting Power of Attorney for both Property & Financial and Health & Welfare affairs;
Drafting Wills for high net worth individuals including working with their Tax advisors or Independent Financial Advisors if required; and
The setting up and administration of trusts Hina’s clients are often referred to her directly by accountants, IFA’s, investment managers and other law firms.
She is fluent in Gujarati and is able to translate for those that may need it.

Enis Rifat
Throughout his career Enis has worked within the Turkish-speaking community as well as other communities specialising in wills and probate as well as other areas of law.
Enis qualified as a solicitor in 1992 at Pollards solicitors in Borehamwood. In 1995 he opened a branch in Palmers Green which he managed, having become a Partner at Pollards and subsequently merged his practice with Hugh-Jones LLP in 2010. Since April 2019 Enis has provided legal services as a consultant and recently joined Carter Bond Wills and Probate.
Enis is married with two sons. He is a keen Arsenal supporter and loves both eating and cooking good food. Enis speaks Turkish and English.
